MALT LEGACY FAQ's

Add your favourite spirits to cart. Once you have finished choosing the products you want, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of your screen. Review the items you have chosen. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, you will be asked to fill in your contact details (delivery address, telephone, name) and credit card information. Once completed, Malt Legacy will dispatch your order.

We accept all American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through Paypal.

We take security and online safety very seriously. We have invested significant resources in building a secure website using the most advanced technology. We ensure that all information is kept confidential by using the most advanced security methods and encryption systems available today. All data transferred from your device to our servers is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This method scrambles the content and makes them a meaningless sequence of symbols, letters and numbers that cannot be decrypted.

The minimum order for free shipping is 800 USD and above.

Sales literature, price lists and other documents issued by us in relation to the Products are subject to alteration without notice and do not constitute offers to sell the Products which are capable of acceptance.

An Order placed by you may be withdrawn cancelled or altered prior to acceptance by us.

Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors or omissions in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of us.

The specification for the Products shall be those set out in our sales documentation unless varied expressly in your Order (if accepted by us). The Products will only be supplied in the minimum units (or multiples) we specify. Orders received for quantities other than these will be adjusted accordingly. Illustrations, photographs or descriptions whether in catalogues, brochures, price lists or other documents issued by us are intended as a guide only and the contents shall not be binding on us.

An Order can be made by whatever means approved by Malt Legacy, including by the submission of a Purchase Order to Malt Legacy. This Order does not form a contract between us.

Malt Legacy reserves the right to reject or amend any Order made in its absolute discretion for any reason, including in the event of unavailability. Receipt of any Order by Malt Legacy is not effective until it is confirmed and accepted in writing by way of email, by Malt Legacy to you. Upon transmission of that email a contract is formed between us and subject to payment by you of the invoiced amount, we are obliged to provide the Product to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

No Order which has been accepted by Malt Legacy may be cancelled by you.

We may cancel an Order in accordance with the terms set out in these Terms. Without limitation, we may also cancel any Order placed by you at any time prior to delivery for any reason (for example, if our suppliers are unable to fulfil the Order) in which case we will provide you with a full refund on all amounts paid. We shall have no other liability or responsibility to you in the event that this occurs and we shall not be liable to pay you interest or any other amount which may have accrued on any deposit or other amount paid by you to us.

Delivery date specified by Malt Legacy is approximate only. Malt Legacy shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Products. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence to the contract unless previously agreed by Malt Legacy in writing. The Products may be delivered in advance of the delivery date specified; Malt Legacy is not responsible for late delivery by the courier company.

Products may be shipped direct to you from any country and warehouse of Malt Legacy’s choosing.

Bottles will be delivered in a proper box.

If an item from your order is damaged or broken, we will be happy to reimburse the cost of returning the item back to us or in some cases arrange a courier to collect on our behalf.

All refunds will be paid within a maximum of 14 days of Malt Legacy receiving the goods back from you, but usually this will be within three working days.

You will also be required to pay any duties or taxes which attach to the Product, including but not limited to custom duties and VAT (if applicable). These amounts are not included in the price paid for the Product. You are solely responsible for obtaining customs clearance for the import of the Products.
